the animation wasn't bad. it just wasn't good, but its the funny and the cleanliness of it that makes it so likable

i am learning in flash and let me guess... you used shape tweens the whole way through (the flash movie, not the buttons)

and by the way. i loved it, its great as a screen saver. thanks for that option.
